And this is how it works: For every order that we receive, the estimated emissions for shipping are calculated using a formula. Based on these estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to companies verified by Carbon Direct scientists. These companies use the money to remove as much carbon as our shipments created. All additional funds will go towards the further development of carbon removal technologies.
